How Aura Chat responds

Age and account safety

Aura Chat does not permit users under 18. We may restrict or remove an account when we reasonably believe the account belongs to a minor or is being used to endanger minors. Users should not publish private contact details, financial information, passwords, or verification codes, and should report coercion, sexual requests, or attempts to move unsafe conversations off-platform.

Appeals

A user who believes an enforcement action was made in error may contact support with the Aura ID, the action being appealed, and relevant context. Child-safety measures remain in effect while an appeal is reviewed when necessary to protect users.
