Delete Your Aura Chat Account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Aura Chat and sign in.
2. Open Mine, then Settings.
3. Open Privacy Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the account check and the actual cooling-off period shown by the app. Use or withdraw eligible assets you want to keep first, or explicitly confirm the remaining available balances and membership rights you agree to forfeit.
6. Re-authenticate with a linked sign-in method and confirm the request. Keep the scheduled date shown after submission.

Request deletion without the app

Send a request to 13651112052@163.com using the subject Aura Chat Account Deletion Request. Include:

• Your Aura ID or display name.
• The phone number or email address associated with the account. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, or identity documents unless our support team requests a specific verification method.
• A statement that you want the Aura Chat account deleted.

Verification and timing

We verify that the requester controls the account before accepting a deletion request. We will never ask for your password or a payment-card number. The actual cooling-off period and scheduled date are shown in the app before and after you confirm the request; this page does not set a fixed period. While cancellation is still available and irreversible cleanup has not begun, you can sign in and explicitly withdraw the deletion request. Signing in alone does not cancel it.

After the cooling-off period, settlement and cleanup begin. Frozen funds, debts or unsettled transactions may delay completion. Once irreversible cleanup has begun, the account cannot be restored. Stopping use or uninstalling the app does not delete the account. Cancel any store subscription separately in the store; account deletion does not automatically cancel it.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes or de-identifies the account profile and data associated with your use of Aura Chat, including profile information, social relationships, user content, and service records that are no longer required.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud and abuse prevention, transaction accounting, chargebacks, security investigations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and removed or de-identified when the applicable obligation ends. App-store purchase records held by Google or Apple are governed by the relevant store's policies.
